Gym Etiquette

สถานที่นี้มีไว้สำหรับกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกกำลังกายและการใช้ยิมเฉพาะสมาชิกของฟิตเนส Figure เพื่อความปลอดภัยสำหรับสมาชิกทุกท่าน ขอให้สมาชิกทุกท่านปฏิบัติตามกฏและระเบียบอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ของเราพร้อมให้คำแนะนำตลอดการใช้บริการของท่าน

• สถานที่นี้เฉพาะสมาชิกเท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลภายนอกที่ไม่ใช่สมาชิกเข้าใช้บริการ
  Only a gym member or authorized person is allowed to use our service.
• สมาชิกต้องแสดงบัตรสมาชิก เพื่อแลกคีย์การ์ดเข้า-ออกห้องยิมที่หน้าเคาเตอร์ หากสมาชิกไม่ได้นำบัตรสมาชิกมา ให้แลกบัตรที่มีภาพตัวตนสมาชิกแทน เช่น บัตรประชาชน ใบขับขี่ บัตรนักเรียน
  To access our gym, members need to swap the member cards to keycards at the counter and return after finishing. If members don’t bring their own cards, photographic identification is required to show.
• โปรดเก็บคีย์การ์ดเข้าออกห้องยิมไว้กับสมาชิก หากสูญหายจะมีค่าปรับ 200 บาท
  Gym access requires a keycard. A 200 baht fine will be imposed for lost keycards.
• ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้ฝึกสอนส่วนบุคคลจากภายนอกเข้ามาฝึกสอนภายในยิมนี้
  Freelance personal training or coaching in our gym is not allowed.
• สวมใส่ชุดและรองเท้าสำหรับออกกำลังกายเท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตให้ถอดเสื้อภายในยิม งดใช้รองเท้าแตะ รองเท้าแฟชั่น หรือ เท้าเปล่า เพื่อความปลอดภัยของสมาชิก
  Appropriate gym attire is required. No street shoes, no sandals, no bare feet, no bare chests
• ไม่นำอาหารเข้ามารับประทานภายในพื้นที่ออกกำลังกาย
  No food is allowed in the gym.
• ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้าห้องยิม
  No pets are allowed in the gym.
• กรุณาทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์และเครื่องออกกำลังกายทั้งก่อนและหลังการใช้งานโดยใช้อุปกรณ์ที่เตรียมให้
  Sanitize equipment and machines before and after use with the towel provided.
• เมื่อเล่นอุปกรณ์ของทางยิมเสร็จแล้ว กรุณานำอุปกรณ์การออกกำลังกายกลับที่เดิมทุกครั้ง เพื่อความสะดวกต่อการใช้งานของสมาชิกท่านอื่นๆ
  Return all equipment and weight to its places after use.
• ใช้เครื่องและอุปกรณ์การออกกำลังกายตามจุดประสงค์ของอุปกรณ์นั้นๆ เท่านั้น
  Use machines and equipment properly and follow directions carefully.
• สมาชิกต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายภายในสถานที่ให้บริการที่เกิดจากสมาชิกเอง
  Members are responsible for any damages within the service premises caused by the members themselves.
• หากพบเครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์การออกกำลังกายที่เสียหาย กรุณาแจ้งพนักงานทันที และไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุด
  Report any damaged equipment to staff immediately and do not use the said equipment.
• ขอให้สมาชิกทุกท่านประพฤติตนในลักษณะที่ไม่รบกวนสมาชิกท่านอื่น อาทิเช่น ไม่จองเครื่องเล่น หรือ อุปกรณ์ ไม่โยนอุปกรณ์น้ำหนักหรือเครื่องเล่นเวท ไม่ทำเสียงดังรบกวนสมาชิกท่านอื่น
  Always respect other members in good manners, such as not disturbing other members, not reserving machines or equipment, not throwing weight equipment or weight machines, and not making loud noises that disturb other members.
• หากผู้ใช้บริการ ไม่ปฎิบัติตามระเบียบข้อหนึ่งข้อใด จากที่กล่าวมาทั้งหมด ทางผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิ์เชิญผู้รับบริการออกจากพื้นที่ตัวอาคาร หรือถอดถอนสภาพความเป็นสมาชิกได้ทันที
  If the member does not comply with any of the above regulations, the service provider has the right to invite the member to leave the gym or revoke their membership immediately.
• หากได้รับการบาดเจ็บหรือเสียชีวิตภายในสถานที่ออกกำลังกาย มีสาเหตุจากตัวเองหรือการใช้อุปกรณ์ด้วยความประมาททางยิมจะไม่มีการรับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น
  If an injury or death occurs in the gym, caused by self or careless use of the equipment, the gym will not be held responsible in any way.
• ทางยิมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินทุกกรณี
  The gym reserves the right to refund in all cases.
• ยิมมีการบันทึกภาพและวีดิโอรวมถึงการจัดเก็บข้อมูลจากกล้องวงจรเปิด (CCTV) ซึ่งติดตั้งบริเวณอาคารและสภานที่ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการป้องกันเหตุอันตรายและการกระทำผิดกฎหมายอันเกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งการปฏิบัติตามกฎการใช้ยิมข้างต้น และทางยิมอาจมีการถ่ายภาพสถานที่รวมถึงสมาชิกเพื่อนำไปใช้เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ สื่อโฆษณา ในช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียต่าง ๆ หากสมาชิกท่านใดไม่ประสงค์จะถูกถ่ายภาพ กรุณาแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ของยิม
  Figure Gym records images and videos as well as stores information from CCTV cameras installed in the building for the purpose of preventing dangerous incidents and illegal acts that occur in the gym, including compliance with relevant rules. We occasionally take photographs of the Gym and our facilities (including members). If any member does not wish to have their photo taken, please inform the gym staff. We reserve the right to use these photographs/images for commercial purposes without payment.
